How To Refund
We are very proud of all the items we offer in our store or online. And we do offer a full money-back guarantee. Please keep these guidelines in mind when refunding an item:
- Upon claiming your purchase, do not accept if seal is broken.
- Make sure that before you refund 90% of product is not used or eaten.
- Applies to all items that are unopened. Or if opened make sure before refunding that purchase or product are damaged.If don’t, you can not refund it to us.
- Damaged items are returned within 2 days after you buy our products.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
REFUND PROCESS/ REQUEST
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your item for refund to: Mader’s Best Store at Brgy. Atate Bliss, Palayan City.
3. You can also call us at our contact number 09166379855.
4. Include in your package/Picture a signed letter stating the reason for your refund and the original receipt.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
